1. Family picture
I would take a picture of my parents, sister and my children. They are the most important things in my life.

2. A pen and paper.
I love to write and would need some way to record my experiences for the future! It helps keep the mind focused too so a pen and paper would definitely have to be packed in my Treasure Chest.

3.Matches
Just in case I got stuck and had to light a fire..mmm...and a knife, blankets, tent...survival stuff - but that's far too practical!

4. Music
Music would be great if I could have it. It would have to be Kris Kristofferson and Leonard Cohen...two of my favourite bards since I was 12 years old. They are my inspiration.

5. Birkenstocks.
I'm a Pisces and I have to have comfortable feet so the Birkenstocks have to be packed.

6. Fleece
My grey fleece. Its years old, full of holes and so warm I can't give it up. Its my comfort clothing!

7. Sunglasses.
I'm never without my sunglasses and I would definitely need them in all that glorious sunshine.

8. Toothbrush
It might not matter on an island whether I cleaned my teeth but it would matter to me.

9. A good book.
It would have to be Stranger Music by Leonard Cohen. It is so full of beautiful imagery thoughts and feelings that there is a lifetimes reading in there. It is my meditation aid.

10. Memories
And finally? My memories. No one can ever take away the joy of happy memories, good friends, loves, laughter...I'd leave all the bad memories at home!
