WHAT'S IN YOUR HANDBAG? Paula Carson
THIS week we caught up with PAULA CARSON, wife of Coleraine FC player, Stephen.
Paula and Stephen, have been married for one year.
Paula set up Coast Health and Beauty in Portstewart four years ago.
The Church Pass business offers a tranquil setting to unwind after a busy week at work.
So whether it's a facial, manicure or a more specialised day treatment, Paula and her dedicated team will leave you looking and feeling a million dollars.
Paula will be cheering on Stephen and his team mates this Saturday in the Cup Final.
1. Irish Cup Final ticket
My hubby plays for Coleraine, so I wouldn't miss it for the world!
2. Purse
Stephen bought me this as a gift while we were on honeymoon in New York.
3. My mobile phone
An essential item to keep in touch with friends and family. Although they would say I never reply to their messages, I'm just too busy!
4.Coast Health and Beauty business cards
You never know when someone will ask about a treatment or an appointment.
5.My car keys
For my cream Mini Cooper. I just bought it a few weeks ago, it's lovely!
6. Dr Hauschka rose creme
My number one essential beauty item. It has to be the best moisturiser, not only for my face, but for my hands and dry patches on my body.
It smells divine and it's organic.
7. Burt's Bees lip balm
With vitamin E and peppermint I can't go anywhere without it. It's 100 percent natural - I'm a bit of an organic freak!
8. Turkish Delight
My favourite. It's not only delicious but it's low calerie - I'm always counting!
9. Habitat for Humanity brochure
My friend is involved with this organisation. They send volunteers from Northern Ireland to work alongside families who live in poverty to build them new homes. I'm hoping to get involved with the charity over the next few years. (www.habitatforhumanity.org.uk)
10. Herbal tablets
For energy and general well being, I lead a very hectic life and I really feel that these help. It's an ongoing joke in our family how much I spend on herbal remedies but they really do work.
