Hospice benefits from Fit for Life group

COLERAINE'S Fit for Life committee has donated £450 Coleraine's Hospice Support Group.
Fit for Life is a group, run by Christian women and is open to all ages.
They're preparing for their next sessions, which will begin on Thursday, May 7.

The group come together for exercise, presentations and fun.
Planned events over the next month include walks along the river, around the University, the Mount and Trim Trail. Shorter routes are also offered to suit all tastes.

The cost is £2 per evening and after expenses, proceeds go the local Hospice.

Fit for Life will run for six consecutive weeks at St Patrick's Church Hall, Coleraine, from May 7 to June 11 at 7.15pm. For further information contact Judith Williamson 70322819.
