Romance is alive and well in Garvagh!

GARVAGH Clydesdale and Vintage Vehicle Club is planning a busy and entertaining month for February.

On Wednesday, February 6 the annual Table Quiz takes place in Garvagh British Legion Hall.

Sam Crockett is the quizmaster for this popular event which starts at 8pm. A light supper will be provided and all teams are welcome.

On Valentine’s night, Thursday, February 14 the club will be hosting a Country concert with Steve Farlow and Friends.

This award winning local country artist has brought together some performers who will wow and entertain the audience.

There is Boxcar Brian with his mighty 143, an up and coming young man from Ballymoney with an unforgettable voice, Jamie Moorehead. There is also Carmel McCaughern and Alistair Coyles.

Special mention has to be made to the fiddling sensation who is Fiddler Adam - a truly unique performer!

A truly memorable evening’s entertainment is in store on this special night. The compere for the evening is Gary Wilson.

The concert will be held in Garvagh High School. Doors open at 7.15 pm. Show starts at 8pm.
