2010 is set to be another great year with the visit of Darren Styles kick starting the new year.
Until now, Traks has remained tight lipped about the actual date of the visit - but we can exclusively reveal that Darren will return to Traks on February 20.

This Thursday Salsa returns to Shunters.
Ever since Strictly Come Dancing hit our screens there has been a big demand for this style of dance.

Instructors Sonya and Toni are looking forward to their return.
Sonya says: "Shunters is a great venue with the large dancefloor and the general layout. "

Beginners are especially welcome at 8pm, the first part of the night is dedicated to the Newcomers, then it's the Improvers class at 9pm, followed by the Salsa Party from 10pm.

There's no need to book for lessons - just turn up.
