LEGEND has it that Seb Fontaine was conceived in the party paradise of Ibiza!
True or not, the London superstar DJ has been at the centre of the UK dance scene for more than a decade, spinning at the famed Cream club in Liverpool and hosting his popular show BBC Radio 1.

These days, he spins at Ministry of Sound and other m
egaclubs, so this Saturday’s visit to Lush! is sure to be a real treat.

One of the venue’s favourite DJ’s, Seb will be playing a three-hour Past, Present and Phuture set.

Over the years he has been a regular guest DJ at clubs such as Gatecrasher, Golden, Godskitchen and The Gallery, and ran Type, his own fortnightly evening at The Cross in London.

He presented a radio show on London's Kiss 100 with close friend and colleague, Tall Paul before making the transition to prime time with his own show on Radio 1.

Fontaine has been producing and remixing tracks since 1990 and releases his own material under the moniker Itchy and Scratchy (another reference to The Simpsons).

He set up his own label, Spot On Records in 1991 with Jules Vern (of Stretch And Vern), with whom he also records. He has also mixed 10 compilations, including those for the label Sound Dimension and the clubs Ministry Of Sound and Cream.

Fontaine has a great fondness for well-produced, thumping house and melodic, crowd-pleasing trance.

More reason not to miss his much awaited appearance at Lush! this Saturday night...
