LOCAL autor Patricia Caldwell-Lee was in Waterstones on Saturday signing copes of her first book, ‘Just Say Yes to Life’.

Patricia, who is from Portrush has used her experience of bringing about changes in her own life to inspire her first book

‘Just Say Yes to Life’ explores Carl Jung’s fascinating concept of individuation – to become who or what we are destined to become.

Patricia demystifies this concept to take the reader on a compelling journey, learning on the way how to individuate fully.

This book grew organically from Patricia’s own experience of individuation. It was only when she decided to leave her very successful career in the hotel industry that she discovered the word ‘individuation’.

Individuation is an inner psychological process, occurring throughout our adult life, enabling us to develop and differentiate, to go into the unknown – to become who or what we are destined to become.

The book clarifies the many ways in which the presence of individuation makes itself known in our lives, and illustrates how, when we embrace it, we attract significant indicators into our lives.

These encourage and help us to individuate fully thus making our lives truly fulfilling. These significant indicators, which raise our awareness of individuation, may take the form of synchronistic occurrences.

This fascinating book, perfect for our time, appeals to all and essentially reveals the relevance and importance that individuation has in our lives today.
