600 lot sale this Thursday

McAFee Auctions have their 600 lot Fine Furnishings sale this Thursday (March 30) in their Ballymoney Auction Rooms, commencing at 6.30pm, after two days viewing on Tuesday, March 28 and Wednesday 29.

From large pieces of furniture including bookcases to dining room table and chair sets, to a variety of clocks, paintings and pictures, and lots of collectibles, silver and jewellery, there really is something for everyone.

Among the many pieces of furniture is a large two door mahogany bookcase, choice of mahogany display cabinets, walnut Canterbury, turn over leaf table, choice of desks and writing tables, rosewood mirror backed sideboard, large oak dining room table, pedestal sideboard, choice of occasional tables, side tables, hall tables etc. Assorted chests, pair of armchairs, leather wingbacked armchair and other occasional chairs, large serving tables, mahogany bedsteads, coat stands etc.

Paintings include works by PC Steenhower, E Vernon, Charles Comber, JW Carey, Gordon King, Frederick E Valter, GW Morrison, Noel Shaw, George Farrell, Eleanor Watt, R Lynas, Henry McLaughlin, David Overend, J Textor, Clodagh Murphy, FV Knepp, Donal McNaughton, Gregory Moore, Norman McCaig, William Cunningham, R W Milliken, TB Catoe, Julian Friers, Jack Wilkinson, Colin Fleck, W McGivern etc.
