Afternoon tea for Causeway Retirement Fellowship

Have your say

MEMBERS of the Causeway Branch of Health and Social Care Retirement Fellowship Northern Ireland, met for afternoon tea at the Strawberry Fayre Tea Room, near Coleraine.

The tea room, originally a schoolhouse, provided a pleasing change of scenery for their monthly meeting.

The social afternoon gave members an opportunity to mingle and chat.

Mrs Kathleen Presha, Chairman, welcomed a new member to the group and Secretary Mrs Meta Cochrane distributed details of the forthcoming Christmas Dinner.

Are you a retired health and social care Worker, or about to retire? If so, why not join their group? Meetings are generally held on the second Wednesday of each month, in the Causeway Hospital. All new members will be made very welcome.

Being a member of the group provides an opportunity to meet with former work colleagues or friends and to forge new friendships. Further information can be obtained from the Branch Secretary, Mrs Meta Cochrane on 02870344346.
