Big Lottery funding boost for three community projects

Three Ballymoney area community groups are celebrating after being awarded National Lottery funding.

50+ Health & Fitness, Armoy Community Association and Dunloy Cuchullians GAC are amongst the 100 organisations who shared £853,842 from Big Lottery Fund’s Awards for All programme.

50+ Health & Fitness based in Ballymoney was awarded £10,000 to build on existing services by offering outreach classes in more isolated rural areas. Armoy Community Association receives a grant of £10,000 to make improvements to the centre used to deliver cross community activities. Dunloy Cuchullians GAC is using the £9,999 grant to make improvements to their hall so it can be used for more community activities and events.
