60 new homes for Greenhall Highway development

Work is to start later this month on 63 detached and semi-detached homes on the Greenhall Highway in Coleraine.

The site, is in the shadow of the picturesque Knocklayde hill, and the developers, Portadown-based Hilmark, are confident the development will follow the success storyof their other sites scattered throughout the province.

It will be Hilmark’s first foray into the North-West and with the site on the edge of the world-famous Causeway Coast Hilmark are expecting early interest in the homes.

Local agent Philip Tweedie said: “This is an exciting development for Hilmark who have a reputation for building high-quality homes and with work due to start soon on the first phase of seven we are confident of widespread interest.

“The site is one of the most popular in the area because of its close proximity to schools, shops and the Causeway Coast.”
