Local organisations invited to business masterclass

THIS week marks the beginning of ‘Management Month’ which encompasses a series of free business and management masterclasses being organised by business leaders, local organisations and the Management & Leadership Network (MLN).

A masterclass, focusing on growing performance, people and profit and supported by Invest Northern Ireland, will be held in Flowerfield Art Centre, Portstewart, on Wednesday, February 15 from 5pm to 6.30pm.

According to Bill Manson from MLN: “This is a fantastic and free opportunity for organisations to inject knowledge and improve performance.

“The Management Month masterclasses cover an array of key management disciplines, ranging from the soft skills of ‘communication, leadership and coaching’ to the more tangible skills of ‘profit growth, digital marketing and the legal aspects of social media’.

“There is something for everyone during February and we are encouraging all local organisations and managers to make the most of it.”

Oonagh Hinds, Invest NI’s Eastern Regional Office Manager added: “By supporting this initiative Invest NI hope that local entrepreneurs are inspired and equipped with the skills they need to boost their company’s performance. “
