HOMES are now so cluttered with unwanted clothes, ornaments, books and bric-a-brac that one spring clean a year is not enough, says a top local cancer charity.
Cancer Focus Northern Ireland is urging people in Coleraine to clear out some of their clutter over the coming weeks – and at the same time help raise vital funds for local cancer patients and their families.
Whether you need more wardrobe space or want to get rid of any unwanted Christmas gifts, The Cancer Focus shop at New Row in Coleraine welcomes donations of quality clothing, accessories, books, CDs/DVDs, toys and knick-knacks.
Angela McGrath, Cancer Focus Retail Development Manager, said: “Our shops are really popular with thrifty shoppers and we need to continually re-stock our shelves with desirable bargains. We offer a full range of goods at a fraction of their original price but we need continued support from the local community to make donations to help meet the high demand.”
