Margaret Peach lost an incredible EIGHT stone thanks to WeightWatchers.
This week she is sharing her story in a bid to help others.
Margaret weighed 19 stone 8½ pounds before she joined WeightWatchers. She now weighs 10 stone 13 pounds and is loving her life.
Taking up her story, Margaret tells: “Without Weightwatchers I would not be where I am today.
“When I attended my first class I was at the lowest and unhealthiest point in my life.
“WeightWatchers has made an incredible difference to both my health and physical fitness. Before I started with WeightWatchers I had no energy. Now I am able to play and do things with my children that I couldn’t do before.
“I take pride in my appearance. Saying goodbye to the baggy clothes and being able to wear my new elegant clothes have made such a positive difference.
“My class Leader was a real inspiration to me, by always keeping me focused. Her classes were always exciting with different advice and tips every week. Meeting up with the other class members every week and sharing each other’s tips, provided me with great support to keep on track. It is great for everybody to share each other’s tips and advice.
“Before I joined I never exercised. Now I walk or jog between four and seven miles a day, six or seven days a week. You feel so good after a walk or jog. The support from my husband and children was a great help in keeping me on track. They werealways there providing family support and pushing me on.
“When I would come home from my WeightWatchers meetings, the first question from them was how much had I lost this week. If I had weight on they would say, don’t worry mum you will get if off next week. Even now they would still guide me on my choice of foods. I have amazed myself by what I have achieved. I never thought that this level of success was possible. I am so proud of myself particularly for my husband and children. This has been one of the greatest achievements in my life.

Margaret’s tips for success:
Follow the WeightWatchers Propoints plan correctly (weighing and tracking) and go to the meetings every week.
Sticking to the Propoints plan will pay off. If I can do it, anybody can.
Never give up when you have a bad day or a bad week.
