Fit for Life supporting the Hospice

FIT for Life have presented a cheque for £650 to Dorothy Black of Coleraine Hospice.

The money was raised from last year’s Fit for Life event and the organisers thank everyone who helped to make this contribution to the vital work of the Hospice.

Fit for Life will be held in St Patrick’s Church Hall, Brook Street, for four consecutive Thursday evenings from May 9 to May 30, from 7.15pm to 9.30 pm.

Each evening there will be the choice of a one hour aerobic session with Heather McMullan or a long or short walk on hopefully lovely summer evenings.

This will be followed by a 15 minute epilogue along the theme of Fit for Life - the seasons of life. A delicious healthy supper will be served afterwards with plenty of time to chat.

The cost each evening is £3 to cover expenses and also enable the gorup to continue to support the Hospice.

This event is open to women of all ages across the whole community regardless of race or religion so do go along and join in, make new friends and come away with something to think about.
