Harold is one hundred years young!

Andy Mc Gugan and Glenda Rodgers Mc Cormick from Bushmills branch of the Royal British Legion mark the 100th birthday of Harold Buckley 'in York House, Portrush.Harold is accompoanied by his wife Sarah nee Mc Closkey who is a native of Bushmills. He came from Liverpool to Bushmills in 1941'as a member of the WWII forces. They met in Ballycastle, married after a short romance and have lived in Bushmills ever since. One hundred years young!

That’s Harold Buckley from Bushmills.

He is pictured here with Andy McGugan and Glenda Rodgers McCormick from Bushmills branch of the Royal British Legion who paid a visit to Harold to mark his 100th birthday.

Now living in York House in Portrush, Harold is pictured alongside his wife Sarah (nee McCloskey) who is a native of Bushmills.

Harold first to Northern Ireland from Liverpool in 1941.

He was a member of the WWII armed forces when he met Sarah in Ballycastle.

They married after a short romance and have lived in Bushmills ever since.
