The beautiful home of killer dentist Colin Howell is up for sale - complete with a fishing lake and seven acres of land - for just £300,000.
Howell and his lover Hazel Stewart murdered his wife, Lesley, and Stewart’s husband, Trevor Buchanan, and made the killings look like a tragic suicide pact.
The 1991 murders were portrayed in controversial ITV drama series, The Secret, which ended last month.
The picturesque property on the outskirts of Castlerock is where he hosted prayer meetings and raised his family with second wife, American Kyle Jorgensen.
It is also where he confessed to his sickening crimes after 18 years.
The money from the sale of the four bedroom, four reception house is expected to be used to compensate victims of Howell’s sex attacks at his Ballymoney dentistry clinic.
The estate agent selling the property describes it as a “fantastic family home” with “easy access” to nearby towns and villages.
