FIT for Life will be held in St Patrick’s Church Hall, Coleraine, from 7.15pm to 9.30om on six consecutive Thursdays starting from May 3 until June 7.
The evenings will consist of an hour’s aerobics with Heather McMullan or the choice of a slow or long walk, weather permitting.
This will be followed by a 15-minute Christian presentation which take a variety of forms. The theme this year is the Olympics. A delicious healthy supper will be served afterwards, with plenty of time to chat.
The cost each evening is £3 to cover expenses with funds going to the Hospice.
Fit for Life is open to all women across the whole community regardless of race or religion so do come and join the fun, make new friends and come away with something to think about.
