COLERAINE actress Jayne Wisener is a busy young woman at the moment.
For Jayne has been signed up for five episodes of the hit drama series "Casualty" and has also been cast in the new movie version of Charlotte Bronte's "Jane Eyre".
Speaking to The Coleraine Times on Wednesday during a recent visit home, Jayne also revealed that she has been cast in a new BBC2 comedy/drama called "Vexed".
Jayne was delighted to be able to get home to Coleraine for a week's break particularly since she had been stuck in South Africa due to the volcanic ash flight disruption.
"I was stuck in Cape Town after filming an episode of a new six part Sky TV drama called The Runaway," she said.
"I am in the second episode. It was a challenging role and very different from anything I would normally play which is great. I love a challenge."
Jayne has also been cast as Bessie in the new movie version of "Jane Eyre" alongside Judi Dench and Billy Elliott star Jamie Bell.
"I am only a small part in it but it's still quite exciting. I have to speak with a Yorkshire accent so it's lucky I spent all that time in Leeds doing the Secret Garden," said Jayne referring to her role in the acclaimed production of The Secret Garden in the Leeds Playhouse before Christmas.
"Also I am in the third episode of a BBC2 show called Vexed which should be out soon.
"And I am also going to be in five episodes of Casualty which will be next year's series.
"I'm not allowed to say anything about who I play or the storylines or who else will be appearing in it but I'm really looking forward to it," said Jayne.
