A 60-year-old man has died after being rescued from the sea off the coast of Ballycastle.
He was found by the Red Bay lifeboat crew about a quarter of a mile off Kenbane Head in Ballycastle at noon on Saturday.
It is believed that he fell from a cliff.
Police said the man was thought to be a visitor to the area.
He was taken by helicopter to Coleraine hospital in a critical condition but died of his injuries.
