POLICE in Coleraine are appealing for information following incidents of criminal damage at Coleraine High School, including damage to polytunnels and plants.

In three separate incidents last week unauthorised youths were seen on the Lodge Road premises.

Inspector Ian Armour said: “Police are working with Coleraine High School following reports of criminal damage caused on the school grounds. Police patrols will be paying extra attention to the school in short term and over the Easter holiday period.

“If anyone sees people acting suspiciously around a school at the weekend or during the evenings, or if something looks not right, then please call police immediately on 999.”
