Donations are 'wonderful memory' of Liz
THE husband and sister of the late councillor Liz Johnston have paid tribute to all who donated money in lieu of flowers following the former mayor's death in October last year.
Liz's sister Jean Jefferson said: "Bertie and I would like to publicly thank all those who contributed donations in memory of Elizabeth (Liz).
"The money collected in support of local hospice services totalled 3,300 - a wonderful memory."
