Stop smoking information session

IN preparation for Stop Smoking Day on Wednesday, March 13th, Coleraine Borough Council, in partnership with Northern Health and Social Care Trust, has organised a Stop Smoking Information Session which is free for everyone to join.

The session will take place in Coleraine Borough Council’s headquarters on Monday, February 18 from 7pm until 8pm and aims to provide information, advice and support together with useful tips on how to stop smoking for good!

Council’s Health and Well Being Officer, Debbie Blair, said; “This information session will be a great way of preparing those who take part to stop smoking completely on No Smoking Day, March 13th.

“Armed with the correct information and advice, it is hoped that the task to give up smoking will become less daunting and a more straightforward transition to an altogether healthier lifestyle”.
