The Anchor Complex’s successful monthly spoken word event is back for Autumn.

The first event will take place next Monday, October 13.

An open mic event, with two cherry picked headliners from across the Province.

This month the Portstewart venue will welcome Chris McLaughlin plus one other headliner to be confirmed.

Host Michael Wilson will be showcasing a short set from his new CD All Life’s Settlers Come At Dawn.

Doors 9pm until Midnight, this is a free event.

So if you want to perform, or enjoy watching those who do, get down.

Spread the word!

Meanwhile Legacy return to The Anchor this Friday. The Londonderry-based band have been massive hit with the Portstewart locals and it’s no surprise then that the band names the venue as one of their favourites. Other news from the complex is a reminder that Friday 31st October is Fancy Dress with three different rooms of music.

See you down there!
