Police are asking people to be aware of a large volume of traffic expected in Portrush as the raft race takes place on Saturday 23 May.
Chief Inspector Catherine Magee said: “The raft race is a great event and the bank holiday weekend is always busy in Portrush. So, if you are heading towards Portrush on Saturday, please leave extra time for your journey.
“It is also advisable to use public transport if you can. Or, please park outside the town centre and walk to the event if possible.”
