Rio all set for gig at Anchor on Friday

Popular group Rio take centre stage at the Anchor in Portstewart this Friday.

The four-piece is fronted by husband and wife Glenn and Debbie and they are one of the most popular acts on the circuit.

Debbie had her own Lady Gaga Tribute act on the road for the last few years, but they have been so busy with RIO that she has shelved it for the time being.

Corporate events, weddings and the pub circuit are the mainstay of their diary and the quality of their act is such that they rarely have to look for dates with repeat bookings and word of mouth recommendations the norm for them.

Rio will play in the Anchor Bar on Friday night whilst Brian Moore will be in the Anchorage.

Look out for the NW200 Volunteers’ Night coming up on Friday, June 27, when all 800 volunteers, the Miss North West 200 contestants, management and crew of the NW200 are all invited for a big party after which they will join in the regular Friday night fun.
