Looking for something different to do with the children this Hallowe’en? Then, come and spend it in the company of that crazy, kooky and pretty spooky clan, the Addams Family!

The award-winning Portrush Music Society is presenting ‘The Addams Family Musical’ in the Riverside Theatre in Coleraine from October 23rd until October 31 (Hallowe’en night itself, appropriately enough).

‘The Addams Family Musical’ features the original story based around the familiar ghoulish characters of Gomez, his wife Morticia, their children Wednesday and Pugsley, Uncle Fester, Grandma, and Lurch, who live together in a rickety Gothic mansion in the middle of Central Park in New York.

But Little Wednesday has grown up and has fallen in love with a “normal” guy from Ohio called Lucas Beineke.

This hilarious, family-friendly show features a cast from all around the area.

Playing the head of family Gomez is Ballymoney man Andy Shaw with Una Culkin as Morticia. Wednesday Addams is played by Ashling Reynolds with little brother Pugsley played by James McDowell. Uncle Fester is played by Harry Coates, Lurch the butler by Donal Macauley and Granny Adams by Rosemary O’Connor. The Beineke family is played by Alan Morton and Elaine Macauley as Mal and Alice and Gareth Greenfield as Lucas.

With a supporting cast of hilarious ancestors from throughout the ages, this riotous comedy is one show NOT to miss!
