The networking conference and gala lunch is almost sold out and is attracting audiences from all over Northern Ireland. Events of this calibre are typically hosted in our cities so it’s great to see this prestigious conference hosted on the Causeway Coast. The world class line up of speakers includes female entrepreneurs Petra M. Wetzel, founder and Managing Director of WEST Brewery in Glasgow, Tina McKenzie, Managing Director of Island-wide Employment Services and Recruitment company, Staffline Group Ireland and Northern Ireland’s Dr Leah Totten, winner of the BBC TV series The Apprentice (2013). Local talent will also be showcased during a panel discussion with Sarah Travers who will interview 6 leading female entrepreneurs from Northern Ireland.

Jayne Taggart, chief executive of Causeway Enterprise Agency commented: “The theme of International Women’s Day is ‘be bold for change’ and we are really delighted to welcome so many inspiring and “bold” female entrepreneurs as our speakers and panel guests. While we run an evening event every year to mark International Women’s Day we have taken it up a notch this year with this full day conference in partnership with Women in Business. In organising this conference we ourselves are being Bold for Change and encourage all our delegates to follow this mantra.”
