Average house price is £147,108
The average house price in the Coleraine, Limavady and North Coast area is £147,108 according to new Ulster University research.
According to the report by the NI Quarterly House Price Index, which is released by Ulster University in partnership with the Northern Ireland Housing Executive and Progressive Building Society the Coleraine, Limavady and North Coast area has largely maintained the strong market conditions which prevailed at the end of 2015. The overall average property price for the region has however experienced a slight decrease of 0.5 per cent from the final quarter of last year.
Terraced/townhouses with an average price of £134,960 are again the market leader in terms of growth, with strong performances also apparent in detached houses with an average price of £224,015, detached bungalows at £145,754 and to a lesser extent apartments at £145,635.
