Loreto Choir are on song!
The Junior Choir from Loreto College Coleraine has taken first place in the Post Primary Under 15 class of the Bangor International Choral Festival.
Directed and coached by Mrs Annie Sharkey and accompanied by Year 14 student Rachel Kelly, the Choir impressed the adjudicators with its wide repertoire and outstanding singing.
The Choir’s performances were greatly enjoyed by the audience at Loreto College’s Spring Concert, which was held just before the Easter holidays.
Mr Michael James, Principal of Loreto College, paid tribute to the Junior Choir, Mrs Sharkey and Rachel Kelly on a superb performance and on their competition success.
