THE Route Hunt branch of the Pony Club has unveiled Ashgrove Conservatories as this year's sponsor of the very popular Jumps Ahead show jumping competition.
The competition will have five qualifying classes around the Province, culminating in the final at the National Balmoral Championships in July.
Ashgrove Conservatories runs its conservatory, sunroom, window and door showroom on the dual carriagewa
y between Ballymoney and Ballymena six days a week.
Hector Cassley, owner of Ashgrove Conservatories is delighted to be involved in the Jumps Ahead competition for 2008.
The Jumps Ahead competition is open to all active branch and centre members age 11 to 16 on January 1, 2008, on ponies up to 148cm which have not previously competed in a Grade A class.
In the final at Balmoral the top 40 Pony Club ponies, eight from each qualifier, will compete for the Jumps Ahead trophy.
District Commissioner, Mrs Eavan White, is very pleased that the Route branch is once again running the Jumps Ahead competition.
This year the Route Hunt branch is celebrating its 50th aniversary and are also hosting the Area Show jumping competition at Maddybenny, Portrush, on July 11, where the last qualifier for Jumps Ahead will take place.
