DUNGANNON Swifts made it back to back wins over Coleraine as they secured a 3-0 win at The Showgrounds last night.
Timmy Adamson, who scored the winner at Stangmore Park on Saturday was at it again as he put the Swifts in front with his ffth goal of the season against the Bannsiders.
Dermot McCaffrey curled in an exquisite second soon after as the visitors took control. Things got worse for the home side after the break as Michael Ward converted from the spot to seal the win and make sure his side leapfrog Coleraine in the table.
Both sides had good chances in the opening 15 minutes. The home side threatened frst as Ryan McCluskey failed to deal with Stephen Carson's centre.
Leon Knight picked up the loose ball, but his close range shot was blocked by O'Neill. At the other end Johnny Topley skipped past David Ogilby after McCaffrey had picked him out, but debutante Gavin Cullen was off his line quickly to deny him.
Swifts had a let off on 25 minutes as Knight's cross was misjudged by the defence. O'Neill blocked it with his legs and Topley hacked the
loose ball away as Carson closed in. The deadlock was broken just before the half hour mark as the infuential Topley sent Michael Ward away down the left.
And he picked out his strike partner Timmy Adamson who headed home his fifth goal against Coleraine this season.

Dermot McCaffrey stepped up to curl a delightful left foot free kick past Cullen. David Ogilby curled a free kick just over after Lowry had been hauled down on the edge of the box deep in to frst half stoppage
Dungannon extended their lead on 58 minutes after Ogilby was rather harshly adjudged to have fouled Adamson in the box. Michael Ward stepped up and coolly sent Cullen the wrong way stroking the ball in to
the far corner.Coleraine suffered a further blow just after the hour mark as substitute Darren Boyce limped out of the action.
