Golde is stand out performer for Under 16’s

Coleraine Academy U16 player Jason Golde was the man of the moment after his stellar performance against Glenavon on Saturday.

Jason Golde got the travelling squad off to the best start possible with a sharp run and sweetly struck half volley lobbing the goalkeeper from 30 yards with only 22 seconds gone in the game.

If Jason Golde thought his first goal after twenty two seconds was a rare sight, then his second goal was one that defiantly set a new record and personal best for the young man from Coleraine. Straight from the kick off in the second half, Golde was on target again, this time it only took 12 seconds!
