Heights teams remember McGonigle

Heights teams, current and past, remembered a founder member of the Club last week when they took part in the second annual Jimmy McGonigle Memorial tournament.

Four teams took to the field in the competition, and the overall winners ‘the morning team’ were presented with their trophy by Myra McGonigle, at a special event in the Montra Club on Saturday. It was a family affair, as Jimmy’s two grandsons Shane and Kyle both played in the tournament.
