For the second week running Sperrin Flights recorded a huge 8-0 victory without dropping a single leg of darts this time against the unlucky Cooleys who struggled to match their heavy scoring.
The Thatch Bar also won 8-0 this week against the unfortunate Scotch House who have now lost two matches in a row without winning a single game but will probably feel they could’ve sneaked a couple of games in this one. Villa after last weeks huge win struggled this week and had to come back from 3-2 down to win the last three games and clinch a hard fought victory while Berthas who also had a big win last week only just won 5-3 against an improving Floyds B team.
There were some fantastic individual performances once again this week with Alan Boyd (Sperrin Flights) being the pick of the bunch with 2 x 16 dart legs and hitting seven scores of 100+. David Finlay (Berthas) was once again on top form winning legs in 16 & 17 darts with five scores of 100+ and an 84 checkout.
Danny O’Neill (Thatch) was also once again impressive in his game hitting five scores of 100+ and taking legs in 17 & 18 darts. The best individual leg this week was an excellent 15 darter by Conrad Watson (Thatch) while John Moore (Thatch) had the weeks Highest Checkout of 109.
There were just the two 180s thrown this week by William Robertson and Brian O’Neill (both Sperrin Flights) though David Finlay did score a 177.
