Trimble and Paddy Jackson did a shift at the Ulster Rugby ticket office recently and decided to give Paddy’s father Peter a call to see if he fancied a season ticket for the 2016/17 season.

Jackson has deservedly gained plenty of kudos for his miming skills and duets with Simon Zebo in the past, but it was Trimble’s turn to have some fun at the expense of his Ulster and Ireland colleague.

Jackson, as Ulster fans will know, has been in such fine form for his province this season that there have been calls for him to be given an opportunity to impress at 10 for Ireland.

While in conversation with Jackson’s father, Trimble decided to pretend otherwise and impressed on Peter Jackson that one reason to get a 2016/17 season ticket would be the potential arrival of the best out-half in the world.

But could Trimble keep a straight face.....watch and see!
