The launch night of Curtis Magee's Country and Gospel CD and DVD last year was such a great success that he has decided to bring the launch show to Portstewart Town Hall for two nights.

The first of the shows will take place on Thursday, July 14 and the other on Thursday, August 25.

Joining Curtis will be showband legend Billy McFarland who has recorded many great Gospel albums.

Billy recently celebrated 60 years in showbusiness and remains ever bit as popular today.

Kenny Archer, who is known as the King of the Yodelers, is a much loved local concert entertainer.

And Elaine Wood, who hails from Larne, is looking forward to making return visits to Portstewart where she has appeared alongside Curtis numerous times during his Country and Gospel Roadshows.

Elaine has a fine voice and has also recorded some of our favourite Gospel music.

Crawford Bell who needs no introduction, will also join the striking line up.

Crawford has appeared on stages all around the world as part of both Daniel O’Donnell and Van Morrison’s backing bands.

The compere for the evenings will be Ballymoney’s popular Radio North’s presenter, Martin Moore.

Martin is also no stranger to the stage and makes regular appearances singing songs from his Gospel CD’s.

Don’t miss the opportunity to be part of these fantastic evenings – shows start at 8pm sharp, doors open at 7.30pm and admission is only £10.

COUNTRY & COMEDY SHOW

Meanwhile a great night of Country & Comedy is coming to The Lodge Hotel, Coleraine, on Thursday, July 21.

Fresh from another highly successful Fanfayre, Curtis Magee makes a welcome return along with Ireland’s King of Laughter Gary Wilson.

They will be joined on stage by Shaun Loughery and The Benn Sisters and Show band legends Billy McFarland and Crawford Bell.

Also making a guest appearance will be Owen Mac from Coleraine, a young man amazing audiences and making a huge name for himself on the Country Scene right now!

Tickets £10 are available from hotel reception at £10 each. Show begins at 8.30pm
