King of the Jungle on way to NW

The North West 200 is just weeks away - and the entertainment line up has just been released!

There’s SIX nights of entertainment in the Paddock - King of the Jungle, Carl Fogarty will be part of the line up, which promises to have something for everyone.

The fun kicks off on Monday, May 9.

The Paddock will host the debut showing of ‘The History of the NW200’.

This film shows highlights of the 1990’s.

The film has been especially commissioned by Waldovision Productions and is narrated by the BBC’s Stephen Watson.

Profits from the film will go towards the NW200.

Admission is FREE and the evening starts at 8pm.

OnTuesday nigtht the ladies will take centre stage as the annual Miss NW200 contest takes place.

The contest is in association with Morelli’s of Portstewart, Local Woman, Cloud9 and The Anchor Complex.

Comperes for the evening will be Adrian Logan and Brian Moore.

And afterwards music will be provided by ‘The House M8s’.

Admission is £5, contest begins at 8pm.

On Wednesday night you can expect plenty of banter as Adrian Logan plays host to ‘A Question of Bikes’.

Expect banter, verbal abuse and maybe even the occasional correct answer as Adrian Logan armed with electric cattle prod attempts to keep the teams in line for a special take on the television quiz show.

The paddock was packed last year for this event, and you can expect the same again this year.

Admission is £5 and the fun b egins at 7.30.

On Thursday night the Paddock hosts the ‘After Race Party’. The guest band is ‘Picture the Sound’. Admission is £5.

The big finale will be on Saturday night.

‘Klass’ will be belting out the songs and BrianMoore will be behind the decks as they bring another NW200 to a close.
