St Patrick's announces Summer Music Programme

St Patrick's Parish, Coleraine, has announced details of its annual Summer Music Programme, which takes place during July and August.

The programme features a series of recitals designed to both entertain and relax over lunchtime.

The recitals by local, national and international artists will feature a variety of instruments.

Each recital starts at 12.30pm and will last for approximately 40 minutes.

Recitals will be followed by refreshments.

The programme is as follows:

July 14, Simon Mawhinney (piano); Ross and Jake Houston (Flute) and Gail Evans (piano) will entertain on July 21.

Michael Brown and Anne Campbell will take centre stage on July 28 playing bass and piano respectively.

The fabulous sound of the organ will be the hightlight of the recital on August 4, when Ben McGonigle entertains.

August 11 sees Gillian McCutcheon (clarinet), Nicky Johnston (viola) and Michael Harrison (piano) on stage for what promises to be an entertaining programme.

Local choral tutor Peter Wilson will bring his pupils to the recital on August 18.

This promises to be a superb occasion, when the local pupils will be showcasing their amazing talents.

For the final recital to be held on August 25, Conor and Cahal Masterson will play violin and piano, bringing the annual summer programme to a close.

All are welcome to attend the event, which wil be held in the church.
