Billie Joe and Philomena team up again at Riverside

FOLLOWING the huge success of last year, Billie Joe Spears and Philomena Begley have announced they will undertake a seven date intimate tour later this month.

With a lifetime of music behind her, Billie Joe is gearing up for another tour that is sure to have your toes tapping and you singing along.

Billie Joe has been performing since the 70’s and has enjoyed a string of massive hits including ‘57 Chevrolet’ and is back to entertain the audiences of Ireland along with her good friend Philomena Begley

Philomena, reland’s Queen of Country will also take to the stage in a bid to showcase some of her many hits including “Queen of the Silver Dollar” and “Truck Driving Woman”

She has been at the core of the Irish country music scene for 45 years and is still as popular as ever.

Both are no strangers to the stages of Ireland and have similarities as both have achieved huge success at either side of the atlantic with the famous song “Blanket on the Ground” this is a partnership that is guaranteed to be a sell out show.

Billie Joe and Philomena will be joined on the tour by special guest Nathan Carter, the award winning singer from Liverpool.

The first ladies of Country Music will take to the stage of the Riverside Theatre on Saturday, March 27 at 8pm.
