Pupils and staff of Macosquin Primary School hosted their Carol Service in Terrace Row Presbyterian Church, Coleraine.

The church was packed to capacity as the congregation enjoyed wonderful Christmas music and song from the three school choirs, school orchestra, instrumentalists and soloists.

The animation witnessed in children’s faces as they performed certainly brought Christmas cheer to the faces of the appreciative audience.

The festive service included “The Barn” poem and choral speaking group reciting “Christmas Thank yous”.

The generosity of the congregation was evident in the voluntary collection for two chosen charities .

These were for the Ebola Crisis (through Disasters Emergency Committee) and The Smiles Foundation.

Rev Andrew Brown, minister of Terrace Row, addressed the children and congregation.

Following the service, a festive supper was provided for all in attendance in the Wylie Hall.

Macosquin Prrimary School wish to thank all who attended the service.

The principal and staff wish everyone connected with the school a Merry Christmas.
