Coleraine Rugby Club’s U12 team recently took the honours at a major rugby tournament in Kent.
On Friday 4 May, Coleraine RFC Under 12s took a fifty-four strong touring party of boys, coaches and parents to Camber Sands, Kent for the annual rugby festival.
Two teams from the club played in 10 gruelling matches across two days, in baking hot weather, against five worthy opposition teams from England and Ireland.
Coleraine U12s represented their Club with passion and pride, and returned home on Monday as proud winners of the Camber Sands Rugby Festival 2018.
These boys will be moving on to play Under 14 rugby next season, and the team are keen to attract new players. If you are interested in playing youth rugby, whether you have played before or not, get in touch with the coaches at the club in Rugby Avenue.
