The Clarence Players from Belfast are bringing their latest hilarious production, ‘Beside the Seaside’ to the Riverside Theatre at the start of next month.

Clarence Players, who are one of Northern Ireland’s oldest and most successful drama groups, are staging an uproarious comedy by Leslie Sands about holidaymakers in Portrush.

Mrs Austin, domineering landlady of the Seaview Guest House in Portrush, runs a tight ship until the Belfast holidaymakers and honeymooners arrive and bring chaos to the resort.

Join Northern Ireland’s premier community drama ensemble in an evening of uproarious laughter.

The Clarence Players drama group was formed in 1931 and they’ve been appearing at Drama Festivals, Summer Theatre Seasons and Belfast’s famous Group Theatre for over 50 years

The show will be staged on Friday September 2 and Saturday September 3 at 8pm.
