Alliance candidate Boyle is backing Phoenix ADHD

Alliance Assembly candidate Yvonne Boyle is supporting a petition to save Coleraine group Phoenix ADHD.

Speaking after signing the online petition, the former Coleraine councillor said: “I am shocked at this news.

“This is a great group.

“I was privileged to attend their Halloween Event in 2014 when I was Coleraine Deputy Mayor.

“I have been in touch with the group and also David Jackson, CEO Causeway Coast and Glens Council.

“However, I know that they now require core funding to keep the project sustainable.”

The Alliance candidate has pledged if elected, to work towards adequate funding for groups working in this area in the Programme of Government.
