“Morelli’s commitment over the next three years is a huge boost to the event and will help to guarantee its continuation as a free family fun-weekend.

“This year’s adventure of the intrepid Pirate Off Portrush “Tavish Dhu” lands him in trouble when he runs-across the Pirate Queen Grace O’Malley.

“There will be a treasure hunt, dance, drama, pursuit around town, a sword fight and a watery end for someone. On the sunday there will be a chance to explore and participate in a whole range of events when Antrim Gardens is transposed into a Heritage Park with a Medieval Village. There will also be a Viking Camp, Medieval Knights in armour, Jacobean soldiers with cannon and musket firing, have-a-go archery and Game Of Thrones style Throne and much more.”
