A&E crowned champions

LOCAL duet A&E alias Adam Mooney and Ethan Lawlor have been crowned Craigavon Has Got Talent winners 2012.

The two teenagers proved to be worthly winners with all five judges selecting them as the top act. This proved a popular decision with the large crowd at St Anthony’s Centre. Runner up went to five year old Ellie Reynolds who performed a song ‘Perfect Nanny’ from Mary Poppins. Third place went to the dance team ‘Toys R Us’. Fourth place went to Lurgan singer Ryan McNally and fifth place went to thirteen year old Lurgan Girl Sophie McConaghy who perform a song and played the piano.

Show producer Kieran Corr thanked the acts who auditioned and appeared in the final.

He said: “It was a great night’s entertainment and congratulations to the top five acts. The judges did a great job and with the wealth of experience and qualifications that they have their comments can only help some of the acts.

“Adam and Ethan deserved to win and carry off the trophy and the £300 prize money.”
