Concerts will aid charities

A number of concerts are being held locally each of which will support a charity.

A star-studded line-up of artists including Travis Logan from Nashville, T. J. Stuart, Big Dave, Fiddlin’ Tom Cameron, Rachel Perry and Victor Gregg who willact as compere, will feature at the events.

The three main venues are the Royal British Legion on March 11 where doors open at 8 p.m. and the show starts at 8.30 p.m.

Admissioni is £5 and the proceeds will go to Autism N.I. A special guest appearance will be made by the JML Dancing School and Mexican Joe Walker.

The Millennium Centre in Loughgiel will play host to a concert and dance on March 15 with all the principal artistes taking part. Admission for this is £7.50p. The proceeds are for Marie Curie.

On March 17 there will be a concert and dance at the Michelin Athletic Club in Ballymena. Again, admission is £7.50p.

The proceeds from this event is for Autism N.I.

Tickets are available from all local outlets.

A number of other local venues in Bushmills, Armoy and Dunseverick have also been included.
