A company spokesperson said: “This acknowledgement highlights Power NI’s continued growth, and the importance it continues to place on developing customer relationships and providing excellent customer service.”

Power NI’s Alex Telford is a past CCNNI Award winner and said the recognition was an important component in his career development: “It was a special moment for me, and it was fantastic to be able to celebrate the achievement with my friends and colleagues. I have worked for Power NI for more than 10 years and I owe the CCNNI Award – and my success – to the company, especially my managers who recognised my potential and have continued to help and support my personal development over the years”.

Open to any NI-based customer service function, contact centre, shared service centre, IT or customer helpdesk employing a minimum of five staff, the CCNNI annual awards celebrate the outstanding achievements of the people and companies who make up Northern Ireland’s customer contact industry.

Good luck to Kathy and Ruth!
