Students at Ballynure Primary are benefitting following a generous donation from a local business owner, which saw the installation of new interactive whiteboards at the school.

Sam Hagan of Hagan’s Caravans, whose grandchildren attend the Lismenary Road school, donated £12,755.

Thanks to the donation, the school purchased two new interactive whiteboards and 11 laptops for pupils to use.

Mr Hagan also funded an online subscription for the students to practise their spelling.

Students and teaching staff wish to thank Sam for his generous support.
