They also launched a community supermarket which was formerly the food bank where people can collect food or leave a donation if they wish.

Millburn Community Association’s Outreach Worker Billy Ellis said: “It’s fantastic that our New Mayor had requested to see our community support services in action and show his support to the Millburn Community.

“We have been very busy throughout the pandemic period with our service provision which has seen us extend out far beyond our own boundaries, but it has been so rewarding.

“We even collected an award for our new food delivery service from Restaurant Guru the ‘2020 Best Takeaway Food’ in Coleraine Award which was won through online reviews and recommendations.”
